You've been hearing about it everywhere!  Now it's here at Val-Du-Lakes!  Zumba Fitness!!!!  What a great way to get into shape for the summer.  Fantastic music that will get you up and moving.  It's so much fun, that you don't even realize that your exercising!  How great is that?  Come out and get a sample of what it's all about on Thursdays, from 6:00-7:30 pm.  Chris Burnham will be your certified instructor.  Wear casual clothes and comfortable shoes.  No special equipment needed.  Just a great attitude.  Classes every Thursday,from 6:00-7:30 pm.  JOIN THE PARTY!
